CONSULTATION
At Balanced Financial, we offer free consultations!
Before your consultation, you'll be asked to complete our bookkeeping questionnaire. This questionnaire helps us better understand where you're at within your business and in what ways we can help you succeed.
Our goal in the consultation is to get to know each other better and ensure it is going to be a great fit on both sides. We will discuss your current bookkeeping system, pain-points, and in what areas we can help.

DISCOVERY
Once we have decided to get started, we will schedule a discovery-review. During the discovery, we will review your current books to identify any items that may need caught up or corrected before ongoing services can begin.
Please note, no changes will be made to your books during the review. This is simply an evaluation. At the end of the discovery-review, we will provide you with a list of any corrections, catch-up tasks, and next steps.
CATCH UP/SET UP
In this phase, we will tackle any catch-up tasks or clean-up work identified during the discovery-review. We will also bring your books up-to-date and put procedures into place for your on-going success.
Please note, if you don't yet have accounting software or a current bookkeeping system, we will get you set up with the appropriate software and systems at this time.
